Licence Management

Once you are activated, the secure site features handy tools that allow you to manage your NEM-Review licences.

To access the licence manager:
Log on to the secure site: www.global-roam.com/secure and Select "My Licences" from the top menu.

On this page you will be able to do any of the following:
1) Rename the selected licence
This option is useful for giving meaningful names to your licences. Especially for Silver Model Licences, this will allow you to identify where each licence has been activated for future reference. For instance, if you name a licence "Bob's PC" and Bob leaves, you will more easily be able to deactivate the correct licence (and not the CEO'S) and give it to Mary.

2) De-activate the selected licence
Select this option to de-active a licence for use on another computer, or when re-installing NEM-Review after re-formatting your computer.

3) Re-allocate the selected licence
This option will allow you to move a licence to another gr-id. This option is probably more useful with some of our other products where we have clients (eg retailers) buy licences and provide them to others (eg the retailer's key accounts). In doing so, the retailers licences are kept in one place (which is necessary when renewing to secure the bulk discounts), but the energy user only has access to the licence which they have been allocated.

4) View the usage of the selected licence
Query details of when, and for how long, your licences are being used. This could be useful for seeing at a glance how many of your licences are being used and on what basis.
